As a Field Service Manager you will be engaged in the following activities.
What Will Your Duties and Responsibilites be?
Manage a team of 4 Field Service technicians and responsible for the overall performance of the Service Department
Manage the service and testing requirements for the European and ROW install base of machines including:
Perform service and repairs as necessary, through domestic and international travel as required
Maintain and submit all necessary documentation in a timely manner
Ensure all required components for service and repairs are available
Complete all necessary technical certifications, including for the Maquet Cardiohelp and Hamilton Ventilator
Conducts work in a professional and customer centric manner
Supports the company’s HR and Professional Ethics policies and programs
What Skills and Experience Will You Need?
5+ years of experience providing field service for complex electromechanical Medical Devices in clinical settings
Project management experience including service operations, forecasting and inventory management.
Ability to communicate with customers and provide superior service.
What Skills Would Be Helpful?
Strong organizational skills and experience in establishing KPI for the team.
Experience with identifying and implementing key strategies for improving device reliability.
Experience in Setting “in House” After sale Service.
