As Customer Support Specialist you are the interface to our internal and external customers working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain teams. The Customer Support and Distribution Specialist is part of a learning organisation who is committed to drive improvements and efficiency within the Order to Delivery Process to meet current and future customer demands.
De functie
Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and provide shipping information to internal and external customers
- Create and maintain customer master data
- Drive continuous improvements to achieve a more efficient order to delivery process
