For our client, we are seeking a qualified HR Business Partner in Groningen!

The company is in a rapid growth phase, including both geographical expansion and the development and launch of new products and supporting processes. They are now looking to strengthen their HR team with an HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate payroll processes with the external payroll provider in Groningen, as well as manage benefits administration.

  • Ensure compliance with Dutch labor laws and regulations, acting as the primary contact for government agencies and partners.

  • Serve as an HR Business Partner for managers with team members in Groningen, handling all HR and employee relations matters.

  • Assist with recruitment activities across Europe (excluding Sweden), including managing third-party recruiter relationships, interviewing shortlisted candidates, and overseeing offer and employment administration.

  • Provide support in training and development coordination and facilitation across Europe (excluding Sweden).

  • Be the go-to person for work environment-related matters in the Netherlands, including psychological and physical health, well-being, safety, and office management in Groningen.

  • Participate in global strategic HR initiatives (HR Roadmap).

Functie eisen

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or a general HR role.

  • High integrity and reliability.

  • Excellent collaboration and strong people skills.

  • Strong administrative skills, preferably with some payroll/HR administration experience.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Dutch.

  • Ability to work autonomously with an appropriate sense of urgency and get things done.

  • Business- and results-oriented, with a hands-on approach and the ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.

  • Aspires to continue developing within the HR field and career path.
